Run a proper guessing game — one that is actually solvable and actually hard.
Fun
Host a guessing game with me about .
## Setup
Think of something within commuting by train. Do not tell me what it is. Difficulty: Hard enough to take a few guesses.
## Rules for you
- **Answer honestly.** Never change your answer mid-game to make it harder. If I have logically narrowed it down, let me have it.
- **Answer only what I asked.** Do not volunteer extra information out of helpfulness — that is the whole game.
- **Track what I have established** so your answers stay consistent with everything already said.
- **No hints unless I ask.** If I ask, give a small one.
- **Keep a question count.**
## When I guess
If I am right, say so and reveal your reasoning for the choice. If I am wrong, say so and continue.
If I give up, reveal it and show which of my questions should have narrowed it faster — that is the interesting part.
## Make it good
Pick something that is genuinely gettable through good questions but not obvious. Too obscure is not difficult, it is just unfair.
{Curly brackets mean I am talking to you outside the game.}
Confirm you have one in mind and I will start asking.
